GPProjects Audience Voting System

The GPP voting system, provides interactive audience voting for a delegate to record their view on a discussion, and audio voice reinforcment to allow any delegate to address the rest of the audience. The voting system was custom designed by GPP for the Young Peoples Parliament at Millenium Point in Birmingham.

The voting system was designed based around a Personal Computer and Network Interface Unit. Handsets located at every seat are daisy-chained back to this unit. The system provides a effective solution for interactive audience voting since a vote result can be collected from all the handsets within a 1/4 of a second. The system also allows for an audience member to register their desire to ask a question with the session facilitator. The handset contains an inbuilt microphone that provides a digital audio stream to the public address system for voice reinforcment.

The modular extensible design, makes it an ideal system for quick installation of variable in temporary environments such as those required by game shows, quizzes and other television shows.

GPProjects are pleased to offer the voting system as a blueprint design. This results in a customer being able customise the system to their exact requirements whilst incurring costs similar to buying an off the shelf system (with all its limitations). The audience voting system is offered initially in a number of different combinations:
1) Three choice voting, with microphone
2) Three choice voting, with microphone & speaker
3) Four choice voting
Other configurations can be made to order.
