GPProjects Ethernet Connectivity Interfaces

GPP has developed a range of Ethernet connectivity modules. These devices allow for other embedded products to interface directly to an ethernet port. In particular these modules can internet enable the entire range of products made by GPProjects.

The Ethernet Connectivity Modules designed by GPProjects have been designed to provide simple and cost effective ethernet connectivity to existing products. Modules are available to most standard input / output connections, this way the time to market for an ethernet enabled product can be minimised.

The cost of these modules is attractive through the fact that the ethernet software stack was written in house and therefore no licence fees are payable on the products.

The following protocols have been implemented: Ethernet, 802.3, IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, TFTP, ArtNet, ComNet. New protocols are being added all the time, so please contact us with your requirements.

The GPProjects Ethernet Connectivity Series has a number of different models available, these all have an RJ45 connector for connection to the network:

4) SPI / I2C Interface
5) 6 Input, 6 Output General Purpose Interface
6) 12 Input General Purpose Interface

8) RS422 / 485 UART Interface
9) 1 Input Proximity Interface
10) 4 Input Proximity Interface
11) 8 Input Proximity Interface
